We collect minimal data to run the early-access list: email address, any optional description you provide, basic UTM parameters, and the page referrer. Data is stored in a Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script web app. We send occasional project updates only if you consent.

We rely on your explicit consent to send email updates. On the sign-up form you must check the consent box before submitting. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing alexander@elementalwebvisions.com or replying "stop" to an email.

💾How we store and use data

Data is stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the project owner. We use it only to manage the early-access list and to send project updates. We do not sell personal data.

🗓️Retention

We retain data until you ask for deletion. Typical retention is the lifetime of the project unless you request removal.

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact alexander@elementalwebvisions.com. We'll respond within a month unless extended for complexity.

This landing page does not use analytics or third-party trackers by default. Basic cookies/localStorage may be used for UI convenience (for example to remember consent). If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism.

🔐Security

We follow basic security practices. The Google Sheet is not publicly readable. Do not submit extremely sensitive secrets to this form.
